See the attached documents for the NYS Local Law Filing for, "A Local Law to Amend the Town Code of the Town of New Windsor to Add Chapter 220, entitled "Short-Term Rentals" to regulate the operation and use of Short-Term Rentals located within the Town of New Windsor and require owners to obtain a Short-Term Rental Permit from the Town of New Windsor in Order to continue or commence operation of a Short-Term Rental." Also attached are the Short Environmental Assessment Forms, Parts 1, 2, & 3.
